Freelance Graphic Designer & Content Creator (Spanish-speaking)

Remote - Freelance Position

About the Role:

Three W International, a leading international education company based in North America, is expanding its presence in South America. We are looking for a talented and creative Freelance Graphic Designer & Content Creator to support our marketing and communications efforts during this exciting phase of growth.

This role requires fluency in Spanish, strong design and video editing skills, and experience with social media content creation. The ideal candidate is based in Colombia and understands the regional context, culture, and audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials (brochures, presentations, flyers, banners, etc.) Create and manage visual content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Plan, film, and edit professional video content for marketing campaigns and promotional materials Work closely with the international team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms Develop creative assets that resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences in Latin America Translate marketing ideas into engaging visuals and multimedia content

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish (required); English proficiency (required) Portuguese language skills are a plus Strong portfolio in graphic design and video production Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.) Experience in social media content creation and scheduling, including YouTube channel management Experience in the education sector is a strong asset and highly valued for this role. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently Previous freelance or remote work experience preferred
