The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Manage scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing payments.
Assist with retail sales by providing product information and recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Previous experience in rehab clinic receptionist or retail sales is a must.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
