Spa Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our guests. You'll be an essential part of our team, helping to ensure every visit feels calm, effortless, and personal.

What You'll Do:
Welcome clients warmly and help set the tone for a relaxing visit
Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and care
Manage bookings, cancellations, and schedule coordination
Process payments, retail purchases, and gift certificates with accuracy
Support daily spa operations--keep common areas tidy, stocked, and serene
Assist with retail displays and inventory management
Be a friendly, informed point of contact for questions about our services, products, and team

Qualifications:
