located within the

Executive Cosmopolitan Hotel,

is seeking a

Registered Massage Therapist

to take on the role of

Spa Manager

, overseeing daily spa operations while continuing to deliver high-quality treatments. This role is ideal for an RMT who enjoys hands-on treatment work while managing a small, serene spa environment. Experience as an aesthetician with the ability to confidently step in and perform additional spa services when needed, is considered an asset.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Provide professional RMT treatments and oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth guest flow and exceptional service.

Lead, train, and support the spa team to maintain consistent service standards.

Manage scheduling, staff coverage, and room utilization to maximize efficiency.

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Monitor financial performance, including revenue targets, payroll control, and retail performance.

Maintain spa cleanliness, ambiance, and adherence to health & safety protocols.

Collaborate with hotel departments on packages, promotions, and guest experience initiatives.

Support marketing efforts, seasonal offerings, and retail sales strategies.

What You Bring

Registered Massage Therapist - required Excellent communication and leadership skills. Calm, professional presence and strong problem-solving abilities. High level of organization and attention to detail. Passion for guest experience and team development. Ability to balance service quality with financial goals.
Flexibility and adaptability, especially in a hotel environment.

Comfortable balancing treatment work with operational duties of managing a Spa.
