We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of management expertise, retail sales acumen, and an understanding of spa services to ensure a seamless experience for our clients while maximizing operational efficiency.

Duties



Lead and supervise spa staff, ensuring high performance, teamwork, and client satisfaction. Perform reception duties including welcoming clients, answering phones, managing bookings, emails, and processing payments. Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll support, and inventory control. Recruit, train, and support the development of team members to enhance service delivery. Support sales and marketing initiatives, including merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and accurate record-keeping. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and provide ongoing training. Foster a positive, professional work environment that encourages growth and collaboration. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Prepare and present regular reports on operations, staff performance, and sales.

Requirements



Proven management or supervisory experience (spa, salon, or hospitality preferred) with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills in both English and French. Proficiency with computer systems (Scheduling software, Excel, Google Drive, Social media, Canva). Skilled in administrative tasks including bookkeeping, budgeting, and payroll management. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities. Experience in sales management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to the spa industry (an asset). Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors for purchasing spa products and supplies. Background in training and development is an advantage for fostering team growth.
