We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of spa management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving the overall success of the spa.

Duties

Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained. Sell products and packages to spa clients. Recruit, train, and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service and enhance team performance. Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability. Handle purchasing and merchandising to optimize product offerings and inventory management. Supervise staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations. Implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales. Maintain effective communication with team members and clients to foster a positive environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa. Manage scheduling and appointments through POS systems while maintaining accurate records. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhanced customer interactions. Experience in recruiting, training & development, and supervising teams in a retail or spa environment. Proficient in payroll management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and cash handling processes. Knowledge of merchandising techniques to maximize retail sales within the spa. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships. Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities. Proficient communication skills for clear interactions with staff and clients alike. Background in marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales growth.
