As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch services while managing staff, budgets, and overall spa performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness. Manage and train spa staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional growth. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote spa services and products. Maintain inventory levels and manage purchasing to ensure adequate supplies are available. Handle budgeting and financial reporting to track the spa's performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Skills

Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the wellness or beauty industry. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to maintain operational efficiency. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in store management practices, including inventory control and staff scheduling. Ability to sell products and services through effective customer engagement techniques. Basic math skills for handling transactions and financial reporting. Cashiering experience is preferred for managing payments accurately. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
