Overview

We're hiring a full-time

Spa Manager

to join our leadership team at Lake Life Day Spa in Salmon Arm. This is a dynamic, dual-role position combining

3 days/week front desk leadership

with

2 days/week dedicated to admin and business operations

.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Operations / Guest Care

Oversee spa scheduling, guest flow and client care Troubleshoot light tech issues (e.g., POS, email setup, printer, backups) Maintain daily operational standards in cleanliness, service, and workflow

Admin & Management

Maintain SOPs, schedule planning, and team communications Track service and retail KPIs, report on sales metrics Assist with marketing campaigns, Shopify updates, and social media support Coordinate inventory, ordering, and product management

Team Leadership & Culture

Lead, coach, and support a team of front desk staff and Estheticians Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and staff development Conduct regular team meetings and 1-on-1 check-ins Foster a warm, professional, and respectful workplace culture

Marketing & Growth Support

Assist in coordinating spa promotions, retention offers, and email campaigns Support social media efforts (Instagram, Stories, Reels, etc.) in collaboration with ownership Maintain brand consistency and help grow client engagement both online and in-spa

Compensation & Perks

$26 - $31 Per Hour / Based On Skills

Who You Are

Warm, professional, and people-focused Comfortable using business tools like POS systems, Google Suite, Excel, Shopify, Canva Organized and confident juggling priorities Experience leading a team or managing operations (2+ years preferred) Esthetics or spa treatment experience is a bonus- but not required*
Business or marketing background a strong asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
