We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our body rub facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for the industry. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for our clients while managing staff and marketing initiatives.

Duties

Lead and supervise spa staff, providing training and development to enhance their skills and performance. Manage daily operations including scheduling, payroll and management. Oversee customer service standards to ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests. Handle recruitment processes including interviewing and hiring new staff members. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales. Maintain financial records including budgeting, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment. Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.

Requirements

experience in management or spa management with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational skills with effective time management capabilities. Familiarity with marketing techniques relevant to the wellness industry is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills both in person and over the phone, ensuring professional etiquette at all times. Ability to perform basic math functions related to sales management and cash handling tasks.
