Key Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel cared for from start to finish Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings with accuracy Support spa flow -- tidy treatment areas, prep rooms, assist with laundry and retail displays Handle payments and daily transactions with attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area Assist in creating a positive, welcoming environment for clients and team members

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Positive, proactive attitude and genuine love for helping people Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude Creativity and initiative -- someone who enjoys contributing ideas to improve client experience Previous spa, salon, or reception experience is an asset but not required -- the right attitude is everything
