Why this role matters



As the Spa Attendant, you play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. Your primary focus will be to ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall satisfaction of guests in various areas of the spa, including the poolside, lounge area, pedicure suite, changing rooms, and treatment rooms. By exceeding guest expectations and upholding our five-star standards, you contribute directly to the success and reputation of our spa.

This role offers a steady schedule of four 10-hour shifts with an averaging agreement in place to promote flexibility and balance.

What you'll do



Welcome guests warmly and maintain a professional, gracious presence throughout the spa Prepare and maintain the lounge, poolside, and relaxation areas to five-star standards Restock water stations, amenities, toiletries, sandals, towels, and guest supplies Prepare lockers thoughtfully with welcome notes, chocolates, towels, and sandals for Members Support estheticians and therapists by preparing treatment rooms, adjusting ambiance, and restocking products and linens Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary, staff room, and spa inventory areas Provide efficient and courteous poolside drink service when needed Neatly fold and organize robes, linens, and spa supplies to maintain a polished presentation Support guests with locker access and anticipate their needs to enhance their overall experience Assist with special projects, events, and daily spa operations as needed

What you'll bring



A naturally warm, welcoming, and professional demeanour Excellent attention to detail and pride in creating beautiful guest spaces Strong ability to work independently while thriving within a collaborative team environment A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest service Flexibility, open-mindedness, and a positive attitude Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, spa, or wellness environments is an asset Physical ability to perform cleaning, lifting, and room preparation tasks throughout your shift
