Overview

We are looking for a new face to join our front desk team!
You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to our chill wellness space, and making sure they have the ultimate relaxing and rejuvenating time while receiving their treatments.

Duties

Opening and closing of our facilities. Answering phone and email, accurately processing bookings and making reservations; reconciling sales, completing cash-outs and direct billing. Assisting with inventory needs, as well as laundry including folding and stocking. Maintaining order and cleanliness of all areas of our treatment facility to the highest standards, continual cleaning and disinfection of equipment required throughout the shift.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of customer service or retail experience. Customer service oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Able to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Keen attention to detail. Cash handling skills. CPR and 1st Aid training an asset. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
