The Lead Spa Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining a peaceful and tranquil spa environment. They ensure that the spa is clean, serene, and welcoming, handling tasks like managing laundry, conducting spa tours, and supporting overall cleanliness. Key Accountabilities:



Provide exceptional customer service at all points of contact, including interacting with guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Conduct spa tours, highlighting key safety points and amenities within the pool and spa area. Manage laundry services for all spa areas, including the pool, cafe, and gym, ensuring cleanliness and availability of fresh linens. Maintain a pristine and professional spa environment, including the relaxation areas, changing rooms, and public spaces. Provide food and beverage service in the Spa Lounge, ensuring guests' needs are met with care and attention to detail. Assist with scheduling and managing appointments to maximize time and resource efficiency, while maintaining a seamless guest experience. Follow up with guests post-visit to address any concerns and ensure continued satisfaction. Participate in spa promotions and special events to attract and retain guests, contributing to the spa's success and visibility. Demonstrate a dependable work ethic with a courteous, discreet, and professional demeanor in all interactions. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, working seamlessly with colleagues to achieve high levels of guest care. Stay informed about spa services, promotions, and policies to provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and sterilization protocols, to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Abide by company policies and procedures, ensuring consistency in service and operational standards. Attend team meetings, training, and orientation sessions to stay aligned with company standards and improve personal and team performance. Maintain punctuality, uniform presentation, and personal hygiene, while demonstrating a sense of urgency and professionalism during peak periods. Manage lost and found items, following property protocols and documenting appropriately. Communicate guest allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to relevant team members to ensure safety and satisfaction. Act with integrity and professionalism, taking responsibility for decisions and actions, and contributing positively to the team. Arrive fully prepared for each shift, in uniform and equipped with all necessary tools, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience. Address and resolve minor guest complaints and issues promptly. Provide real-time encouragement and feedback to team members. Offer guidance and support to team members during shifts. Provide basic area direction Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures. Train new team members on area protocols and standards as well as train current team on any area changes Facilitate effective communication among team members. Ensure smooth transitions between shifts by providing comprehensive handovers. Successfully open & close department as needed Core value & role ambassador Complete and verify area-specific checklists Role administrative duties as assigned Area inventory counts as assigned Monitor operations to identify potential issues and communicate these concerns to management. Participate in JHSC meetings and activities. Promote workplace health and safety initiatives

What makes you the perfect candidate:



Certification/license from an accredited school for Aesthetics Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience as a Lead Aesthetician in a luxury spa or a well-established SPA brand Proficient in using Book 4 Time software is an asset. Enthusiastic about the spa industry. Committed to providing outstanding service and experiences to our guests. Proven ability in teamwork, and communication. Proficient in using Book 4 Time software is an asset. Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
