About the Role
The Spa Attendant plays a key role in upholding our
5-star service standards
. This position ensures our facilities are pristine, well-stocked, and welcoming, while assisting guests throughout their spa journey.Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests, issue lockers, robes, and slippers, and escort them to their locker area. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility through regular monitoring of locker rooms and common areas. Ensure adequate stock levels of spa supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous manner. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment. Support spa operations in various departments as needed. Provide guided orientation tours, highlighting spa amenities and answering guest questions.
