Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will contribute to an outstanding spa experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms. Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions to clients. Assist in the setup and breakdown of treatment rooms before and after services. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Support retail sales by merchandising products effectively and conducting product demos when necessary. Engage in upselling services and products to enhance clients experiences. Respond to clients inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive client interactions. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in technology sales, including technical sales knowledge related to spa products. Experience in retail sales with a focus on merchandising strategies. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the spa.
