WHO YOU ARE

You are a down to earth, friendly, and welcoming maintenance professional. You are gracious, accommodating, respectful and eager to help our guests and other team members provide an exceptional customer experience that our Vett\xc3\xa4 guests will rave about.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Perform routine maintenance activities around Vett\xc3\xa4 Spa building and grounds.

- Sweep and mop floors in buildings.

- Ensure restrooms and locker rooms are always kept clean and tidy by cleaning mirrors, toilets, soap dispensers, floors, etc.

- Replenish supplies in restrooms, such as soap dispensers, toilet paper, towels, shampoo, and all other amenities supplied.

- Replenish supplies in locker rooms and pick up towels and place in laundry area.

- Ensure adequate cleaning supplies are always on hand and advise supervisor if supplies are running low.

- Collect garbage and recycling items around the Spa grounds and put in appropriate containers.

- Assist with minor repairs as required.

- Comply with all Health and Safety procedures and Covid-19 protocols.

- Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL.

- Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures.

- Ability to stand, walk and bend over an 8-hour period.

- Work safely with cleaning chemicals.

- Previous cleaning at a spa or resort type environment an asset.

- Required to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

- First Aid Certificate/CPR an asset

- Work within all health and safety procedures and Covid-19 protocols.

- Other duties that may be required to make Vett\xc3\xa4 successful

YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment,

- Comfortable walking and standing over an 8-hour period of time.

- Work in an environment with minimal temperature control,

- Able to lift max of 50 lbs.
