Job Description

Prepare and cook South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, sambar, curries, and more. Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service. Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and delegating tasks. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards. Handle inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Ensure high-quality food standards are consistently met. Assist with menu development and incorporating seasonal ingredients.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.76-$26.38 per hour
