Demand for HR is a busy boutique Recruitment Practice, currently hiring a RockStar Sourcing Specialist / Researcher. We specialize in delivering Talent Management programs to our Enterprise, Medium & Small business clients. This role will be a Key Contributor to the Recruitment and Account Management team, and will be a hybrid role, where Sourcing is your bread and butter and by the way you manage the Infrastructure - ATS, Reports, Platforms. You have a strong sense of urgency, love researching and analysing data, enjoy collaborating with your team and being in \xe2\x80\x9cthe thick of things\xe2\x80\x9d, and you have a reputation for Quality.

What will you be doing?

  • Source, attract and engage passive candidates with technical and specialized skills (60% of your time)
  • Build relationships with individuals in support of current and future hiring needs.
  • Submit viable leads to the recruitment team.
  • You are a key member of the Account Management function, working closely to support Delivery
  • Manage and maintain candidate database / Applicant tracking system (We use CATS), by creating new profiles, updating candidate information, client information, report extraction, etc.
  • Post positions on Applicant Tracking System and external job boards
  • Track and report out on recruitment activities (20% of your time)
  • Assist in coordination of logistics for candidate interviews.
  • Assist in the submission of candidate profiles in the different client portals and vendor Management systems (VMS).
  • Conduct reference checks, background checks and assist during the onboarding process of candidates as needed.
  • Other projects and adhoc requests as required
What do you bring to the table?
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Talent Sourcing or Administration experience in an agency environment is preferred
  • Experience with Technical Recruitment or Information Technology Industry
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management processes
  • Experience Building and maintaining an ongoing candidate pipeline to support hiring goals
  • Experience with Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • A desire to ensure a great candidate experience.
  • You are energetic, self-driven, positive, and persistent. You don\'t give up that easily and you are always driven to raise the bar.
  • You have a finely honed sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • You are a self-starter who can work-independently and in a team environment.
  • You are a powerful communicator who is able to use oral & written skills to make an impact and provide your customers and candidates with the best service and support possible.
  • Strong team work ethics, well honed sense of urgency, able to take initiative, passionate about people, results, and able to prioritize and escalate accordingly.
  • You love to play with excel spreadsheets and data analysis
