Talent is our world.The RoleSourcers play a key role in our clients\' success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them.Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends and market analysis, Sourcers develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market. Sourcers are brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager. A Lead Sourcing Specialist supports clients in hiring specialist and niche talent and will work on some of the more complex hiring needs that require strong business partnering skills and innovative approaches to finding and engaging with in demand candidates.Key Accountabilities

  • Fully utilize the Vendor Management System and Talent Pool Tracking System - Talent Net ensuring that all changes to a candidate\'s status are tracked on the Talent Pool Tracking system \'Talent Net\' and updating the VMS platform Fieldglass on the progress of each candidate submission.
  • Managing candidate relationships and ensuring the candidate experience is delivered the highest satisfaction level through effective and consistent communication.

  • Engage with Recruiters to take detailed briefs on role requirements.
  • Source (identify) candidates utilizing different channels (e.g. talent pool technology, client database, job board databases, professional social networking sites) utilizing Channel Activation Matrices or other directions as appropriate.
  • Begin to develop own network of candidates and seek to grow such network with relevant candidates for sector supported.
  • Upon application, screen and qualify candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists.
  • Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates (prior to application or post application as directed), utilizing the Talent Pool tracking system and various job board technologies available.
  • Develop an awareness of the client\'s business and wider sector.
  • Maintain agreed service levels and targets.
  • Appropriately escalate any issues in relation to the supply of recruitment services as appropriate.
  • Participate and contribute within team meetings.
  • Develop a broad understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and strategies through attending training and networking.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
  • Experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment with a detailed understanding of the end to end recruitment process
  • Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
  • Good written and spoken English language skills plus other languages as appropriate to the client-specific requirements
Desirable
  • Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
  • Ideally looking for Recruiters with Contingent Labor Hiring experience.
