SOST 110 is Introduction to Mass Media. This course introduces students to analyses of the mass media of communication in modern societies.
Position Requirements
Hold a MA or PhD in a Social Sciences Discipline; PhD is preferred; A record of effective teaching at the post-secondary level; Have experience managing classroom and online technologies used by the University of Regina (including UR Courses [Moodle])

Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours
This course is scheduled to be Face-to-Face at Concourse in Saskatoon. The class is scheduled for Mondays 8:30-11:15. Students are expected to attend the course in person.



Sessional Lecturers may have preparatory work to do before the start date and sometimes may have to deal with grading tasks after the termination date.
