SaaSquatch is changing the way companies grow through our unique Product Led Growth platform which allows companies to run embedded reward, loyalty and referral programs without the cost, slow downs or missing features of in-house developed solutions.
With years of experience weâ€re helping the biggest and fastest growing companies in the world remove the biggest challenge of customer marketing; engaging customers where they spend their time - inside a companyâ€s web or mobile app.
Right now, weâ€re adding a Solutions Architect to the Customer Success team. The Solutions Architect is the client-facing technical expert responsible for helping potential clients learn about our platform, architect a unique solution, and help implement it.
The Solutions Architect role begins in the sales process, working with Account Executives to help potential clients assess SaaSquatch from a technical standpoint, reviewing technical requirements, answering questions and putting together a rough blueprint for their proposed program. Once the contract is signed, youâ€ll work with an Implementation Manager to refine the blueprint and guide the client through implementing SaaSquatch into their systems.
SaaSquatch promises success for their clients and your role is helping to set clients up for success from an architectural and technical standpoint.
