Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.

Responsabilites :Realiser des presentations, des demonstrations, des ateliers et des seminaires pertinents sur des produits techniques. Elaborer des caracteristiques techniques detaillees servant a la conception et a la mise en oeuvre de produits, d'applications et de solutions complexes. Participer a la conclusion des ventes en demontrant une comprehension exhaustive de notre solution, de nos services et de notre formation, et en reglant les questions qui s'y rapportent. Contribuer a la qualification de clients potentiels, a l'elaboration des criteres de demonstration proposes, a la conception de systemes servant de preuve de concept et aux plans necessaires a la conclusion du cycle de vente. Soutenir tous les objectifs en matiere de ventes, de marketing et de canaux ainsi que tous les objectifs techniques. Aider l'equipe des ventes a repondre aux demandes d'information. Participer a des seances exploratoires avec l'equipe des ventes pour poser des questions visant a determiner la qualification de clients potentiels et pour comprendre les points problematiques, les processus de gestion actuels et les ameliorations a apporter. S'appuyer sur une connaissance approfondie des produits ERP afin de fournir une expertise technique au personnel des ventes et a la clientele au moyen d'argumentaires de vente et de demonstrations de produits. Workday is looking for a dynamic and driven Financials Solution Consultant with accounting & financials experience.
Our team demonstrates the value of Workday's next generation Financials Application to Workday prospects and customers. Through interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, and by leveraging deep Financials skills and complex Enterprise Software product knowledge, Workday Solution Consultants provide Financial System expertise, Executive presentations, and Workday Financial product demonstrations, in partnership with our sales team, to prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Our team works in a highly complex environment that requires curiosity, flexibility, and drive.
Responsibilities include:The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars. Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training. To contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans. Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives. To assist sales in the response to RFIs Participate in discovery sessions alongside sales to ask qualifying questions and understand pain points, current business processes, and ideal future state Uses in-depth ERP-product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations Ability to travel 50% of the time

About You

Basic QualificationsCandidates must be fluent in French 3+ years of extensive financial domain expertise 3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based financial management applications (e.g. Netsuite, Sage Intacct, Zuora, SAP, Oracle, etc. 3+ years in a pre-sales, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role 1+ years working with core accounting concepts (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets and Cash Management), as well as industry relevant topics such as billing, revenue recognition, content accounting (e.g. ASC605/606, ASC 920/926) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, AND/OR equivalent work experience

Other QualificationsAbility to work under pressure and work on multiple projects individually as well as working cross-functionally Exceptional and dynamic presentation & communication skills Experience with value based selling Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives, talking to and selling to the office of the CFO specifically. Experience presenting cloud-based solutions to both functional and technical audiences Public Sector or Healthcare experience an asset CPA preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
