We do expect candidates that are highly motivated with the desire to excel and become experts in DAS products and the value they bring to our customers.Position Responsibilities:Delivers technical support to sales engagements by focusing on product value propositions for our Crew and Network Operations solutions.Analyzes customer business processes, identifies customer pain points and proposes recommended improvements through our product offerings.Presents and demonstrates technical system abilities and benefits of DAS products.Identifies tangible & nontangible benefits and complies this information into key performance indicators that drives a strong business case for our customers.Leads, plans and execute consulting studies, proof of concepts and/or benchmarks in a team environment.Assists in the identification of future sales opportunities (leads).Identifies and communicates product enhancement opportunities to product owners.Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on projects and at industry conferences.Global travel to airline customers (~25%) primarily in North & South America.This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
