WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Meet with Warm Leads

- You'll be sitting down with homeowners who've already shown interest in solar--

no cold knocking or chasing.

Just show up and do what you do best: close!

Have Real Conversations

- Talk with people about how going solar can save them money, increase their home value, and help the environment. Keep it honest, helpful, and simple.

Tailor the Right Solution

- Every home is different. You'll use our tools and training to build a system that actually fits their energy needs and budget.

Handle Questions Like a Pro

- Whether it's a concern about cost or curiosity about how solar works, you'll guide people through it confidently and clearly.

Seal the Deal

- When everything's aligned, you'll help them take the final step with trust and confidence--getting the paperwork signed and the install booked.

Keep Things Organized

- You'll stay on top of your follow-ups, leads, and contracts with the help of our easy-to-use CRM.

Previous Sales Experience

(Preferred, but not required): Experience in door-to-door, B2C, or commission-based sales is a plus, but if you're ambitious and willing to learn, we want to talk to you!

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Confidence in conducting

in-home or virtual sales presentations

with homeowners. Availability to work evenings and weekends, as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
