Metric Innovative Solutions (MIS) is growing fast, and we're looking for a
proven solar closerteam lead
who knows how to take a qualified lead and turn it into a signed deal. This role is for someone who is confident, driven, and ready to take ownership of both their results and their income.
At MIS, our engineering team handles all the technical heavy lifting -- design, electrical support, and system execution. We need a closer who's passion is sales that can step in, communicate value with clarity, and lead a small team of setters and eventually lead closers toward consistent performance.

What You'll Do
Close qualified solar leads generated by setters and marketing.
Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of solar lead setters and eventually closers
Train setters to properly book high-intent appointments.
Run virtual or in-person consultations with homeowners or businesses.
Deliver clean, confident presentations and secure contracts.
Maintain CRM organization and follow a structured, efficient sales process.
Work directly with MIS engineers to ensure seamless project handoff.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience closing solar sales
-- non-negotiable.
Proven track record turning presentations into signed agreements.
Strong communicator with natural influence and presence.
Confident leader who can manage or build a setter team.
Full-time availability with a strong drive for growth.
Entrepreneurial mindset -- accountable, motivated, and proactive.

Compensation
This position is
100% commission
-- ideal for closers who want uncapped earnings and are confident in their ability to perform.
Highly competitive commissions per project
