Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing and manufacturing equipment. We are working closely with our customers to develop the next generation of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyzer technology.

We are hiring a Software Manager to lead a team of Developers, Architects, and Application Engineers in the development and maintenance of software for Greenlight test station products.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the Software team in the development and maintenance of Greenlight test product software platforms.
• Ensure the timely and accurate deployment of software for customer projects.
• Establish good business relationships with upstream and downstream internal stakeholders.
• Team assignments and scheduling for customer and development projects.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Manage and continuously improve department processes and systems.
• Work with Product Management and team architects to develop a software roadmap.
• Manage ongoing maintenance of software documentation.
• Other duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Software or Computer Science.
• Experience leading a software team, creating, and managing KPIs.
• 5+ years of software development, testing, quality assurance, and release management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
