Who You Are



A Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Social Worker (MSW/RSW) in good standing Skilled and confident in working with

children

, with demonstrated experience Comfortable working with

youth, adults, and couples

Able to build trust and therapeutic safety with clients across the lifespan Grounded in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive practice Warm, flexible, and open to growing your caseload Able to work both independently and as part of a small, values-driven team

Responsibilities



Provide individual psychotherapy to children, youth, adults, and couples Conduct intakes, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy Build and maintain a consistent caseload (with referrals provided) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in Jane Ensure ethical and confidential handling of all client records Collaborate as needed with caregivers, schools, and/or healthcare providers (especially for child clients) Attend occasional team check-ins and contribute to a positive team culture Stay current with best practices, trainings, and regulatory standards

Schedule & Expectations



Minimum 2 shifts per week

, with expectation to add a 3rd shift as caseload grows

Required schedule structure:

1 in-person daytime shift

(Downtown Whitby office)

1 in-person evening shift

(Downtown Whitby office)

1 virtual evening shift

(to be added later)

Compensation & Support



60/40 split

- therapists retain

60% of the session fee

Session rates begin at

$150 for individuals

and go up to

$205 for couples

Take-home pay

ranges from

$90-$123 per session

Referrals provided to help build your caseload Jane software for scheduling, notes, payments, and receipts Fully furnished, welcoming office in Downtown Whitby Admin and marketing support provided

What You'll Need



Proof of registration with CRPO or OCSWSSW Professional liability insurance Experience working with children in a clinical setting Comfort and competence working with diverse client populations Ability to manage your own schedule, documentation, and caseload
