Position Summary
Social Work is an occupation that works in any number of locations and/or worksites within the health authority. About the job:
Social Workers perform comprehensive assessments, care planning, and treatment coordination for clients and their families. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide psychosocial care, counseling, system navigation, and advocacy, while connecting clients to specialized resources and supporting their self-management. Your role focuses on improving the health and social well-being of the identified population.

Qualfications
Please note: To be considered for this role, you'll need to be registered with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW). - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited university
- Two years recent related experience in a healthcare setting working with medically complex clients with concurrent disorders, or a combination of education, training and experience
- Current valid BC driver's license.
