The salary range for this position is $187,231 - $201,077 USD per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.
This is a hybrid on-site role, employees will be expected to work out of our Toronto office Tuesday-Thursday each week, remote Monday, and Friday.

The Supplier Advertising team-within Wayfair's Global Supplier Technology (GST) organization-owns the strategy, design, engineering, go to market, and analytics of Wayfair's advertising offering. Our mission is to empower suppliers with the tools to gain awareness of their brands and products, and grow/optimize their product sales strategies. Our scope includes the end-to-end supplier-facing advertising experience within our Partner Home system, as well as the ad formats and placements integrated into Wayfair's ecommerce experiences (desktop, mobile web, app).
What You'll Do
As a Senior Product Design Lead for Supplier Advertising, you will drive the design strategy and execution for the most complicated pieces of our emerging ad business. This is a highly visible role with significant impact. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic design leader-able to navigate ambiguity to conceive a vision in the abstract, before transferring that vision into tangible design artifacts (mockups, wireframes, prototypes).
