Ad In Advertising is looking for a self-motivated and ambitious

Sales Representative

to join our team! We specialize in placing high-visibility ads into our advertising market throughout the Winnipeg market -- helping businesses and brands increase their visibility and connect with their community in creative, effective ways.

In this role, you'll be responsible for

selling advertising space to local businesses

, building client relationships, and growing our advertiser network. If you're confident, self-motivated, and have a B2B or B2C sales background, this is a great opportunity to earn strong commissions in a flexible environment with an energetic team.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Outbound prospecting to build your sales pipeline Identify potential clients through research, networking, and telemarketing efforts. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position offerings in the market.

Skills



Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales or inside sales environments. Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
