We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families in navigating challenges related to mental health, social issues, and community resources. Duties

Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized care plans. Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing various challenges. Facilitate access to community resources, including healthcare, housing, and financial assistance. Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and educators, to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in case management meetings and contribute to the development of program policies. Supervise interns or junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Requirements

A degree in Social Work or a related field is required; licensure may be preferred based on state regulations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience in supervising or mentoring staff is a plus. Knowledge of community resources and social service programs is beneficial. A commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development is essential.

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Night shift On call Overtime Weekends as needed
