As a Social Research Policy Analyst within the Demographics and Evaluation area, you will support research and policy analysis activities. This position requires that you are a motivated individual with excellent social research, data analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills. Primary duties include:
Prepare, maintain, and steward complex electronic datasets including socioeconomic, demographic, and Geographic Information System (GIS) data, as well as social service indicators and outcomes.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis and interpretation and summarize findings for non-technical audiences in recurrent and one-time reports and presentations.
Design and complete literature reviews and environmental scans and summarize findings in reports and presentations.
Provide training and expertise on data collection to internal and external clients.
