ICTC is seeking a bilingual Research and Policy Analyst to join its national research and policy team. This role contributes to ICTC's mission of strengthening Canada's digital advantage by exploring the economic, social, and community dimensions of the digital economy.
The Analyst will conduct mixed-methods research on topics such as labour market trends, transformative and emerging technologies, skills, and talent pipelines into Canada's digital economy. The successful candidate will be curious, creative, and rigorous, with strong skills in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, and an ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights. Fluency in both English and French is required.
Initial areas of research focus will include youth unemployment, occupation and skill demand linked to provincial and federal infrastructure investments, and Francophone talent in Canada's digital economy.
