Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and a passion for engaging with audiences across various social media platforms. This role is essential in enhancing our online presence, driving brand awareness, and fostering community engagement.

Duties

Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms. Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics. Conduct research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with graphic design teams to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Illustrator and other design software. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with followers in a timely manner. Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice. Assist in the development of advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook to drive traffic to our e-commerce site.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management. Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite. Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail. Basic graphic design skills with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus. Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
