• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support e-commerce initiatives through effective social media campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and SEO tools to optimize content strategy.
• Support graphic design projects using Canva and/or Adobe.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.

Experience

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles; experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar tools is a plus.
• Understanding of e-commerce concepts and how they relate to social media marketing.
• Experience with research techniques to gather insights on target audiences and market trends.
• Proficiency in using SEO practices to enhance online visibility is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating compelling content.
