You'll work directly with the founder to produce engaging content across platforms, with a mix of remote and in-person work in downtown Toronto (2-4 times/month). The ideal candidate will be passionate about Gen Z social media trends and possess a keen eye for detail, with the ability to engage audiences across various platforms.
About Us
July Health is a Toronto-based femtech startup building Canada's first virtual healthcare platform for women's hormone and mental health. We provide virtual collaborative care with a clinician team supporting people with PCOS, ADHD, and more.
Responsibilities
Film, edit, and publish content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Use tools like CapCut, Canva, and platform schedulers to manage content
Collaborate with the founder to tell our brand and founder-led stories
Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand voice.
Research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Support additional admin and marketing operations as needed
Attend weekly meetings and receive mentorship on marketing strategy and brand voice
Skills & Qualifications
Required
: Must be currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution (must not be graduating before Spring 2026)
Required
: Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, legally entitled to work in Canada
Located in the GTA
and able to attend in-person office days in downtown Toronto 2-4 times/month
Enrolled in a STEM program or marketing/media-related program (asset but not required)
Experience in content creation: filming on iPhone, editing, caption writing, etc. Professional camera/tri-pod will also be provided
Proficient in using CapCut, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Reliable, creative, detail-oriented, and adheres to deadlines
Interested in women's health, nutrition, startups, or health innovation
What You'll Get
$20/hour for 3-4 full days per week (flexible hybrid-remote schedule)
Internship runs as early as mid-
August 2025
to as late as
January 26 2026.
The start/end dates of the term are negotiable to accommodate classes if the intern resumes a full-time course load in the fall/winter semester
