The Company

Our client in the Saas industry has been recognized as a Fortune 100 company. They are located in downtown Toronto, and are currently working hybrid. Our client is currently hiring for a Social Media Manager for an 11 month contract.

The Position

The Social Media Manager will be developing and executing on the brand\'s social media strategy, and influencer program.

Responsibilities:
- Create copy and creative content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and X (formerly Twitter)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop video content
- Engage with consumers through social channels in adherence with the brand\'s voice and tone
- Apply industry best practices and keep up with social media trends to drive content
- Ability to conceptualize, create and edit video, and other creative assets as required
- Conduct routine analysis and reporting on marketing performance with metrics and creative analytics

- 3-5+ years of experience as a Social Media Marketer
- Experience in an agency or Saas industry is an asset
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Brandwatch or similar is as asset
- Prior experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite and Sprout)
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snap, X, and Threads
- Ability to engage with a diverse audience to drive engagement
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
