Responsibilities for Influencers: Create content on your preferred new media platforms (including but not limited to Little Red Book, Douyin, Bilibili, YouTube, Video Number, etc.) with the core objective of attracting international students and immigrants. Gather and explore trending topics in the industry, integrate them with industry products and projects, and effectively drive traffic and customer acquisition (crucial). Content can be in the form of text, images, short videos, or live streams. Engage with fan comments, maintain private domain traffic communities, and perform related tasks. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content, increasing views, likes, and fan interactions. Promote high-converting notes, videos, and posts, monitor/statistically analyze customer acquisition and conversion data, and optimize ROI (Return on Investment). Effectively convert acquired private domain customers and facilitate sign-ups. Qualifications for Influencers: Minimum of 1 year of experience in new media IP content operation. Experience operating industry-specific accounts on platforms such as Little Red Book and short video platforms (Douyin or WeChat Video) with a proven track record of high ROI and fan conversion is preferred. Familiarity with strategies, gameplay, and platform rules of mainstream new media platforms in China and Canada, with experience in ad placements being advantageous. Strong sensitivity to industry content, excellent writing skills, and creative abilities. Ability to quickly integrate information, collect materials, and create content. Enthusiasm for the study abroad and immigration field, familiarity with the needs of high-net-worth audiences, and a strong understanding of user profiles and pain points. Proficiency in identifying trends, pain points, product selling points, and tailoring content to suit the target audience\'s characteristics. Strong team collaboration and communication skills. A strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, the ability to maintain effective communication at all times, and the capability to quickly grasp the study abroad/immigration policies of various provinces and federal immigration programs in Canada, as well as mainstream immigration programs (e.g., U.S. and European permanent residency, passport programs). Prior experience with live streaming platforms (e.g., Douyin, Little Red Book, YouTube, Video Number) is a plus. Experience in cultivating influencer IPs and possessing social media influencer KOL (Key Opinion Leader) or MCN (Multi-Channel Network) resources is highly regarded.
