Your Role



We're looking for a

Business Development Executive

who thrives on relationship building, spotting opportunities, and driving growth. You'll be the first point of contact for many potential clients, guiding them from lead to deal, and ensuring they feel confident and supported in our process. If you're naturally persuasive, organized, and passionate about digital marketing--this one's for you.

What You'll Be Doing



Actively reach out to leads, follow up on inquiries, and build a healthy sales pipeline Hold discovery calls and meetings with potential clients to understand their business goals Customize and present our service offerings to fit client needs (social media, KOLs, campaigns, etc.) Draft proposals, quotations, and service agreements Issue invoices and track payment status; follow up on outstanding payments when needed Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to encourage retention and upselling Collaborate with internal teams to align sales promises with delivery capabilities Track and report on deal flow, close rates, and sales metrics weekly Suggest new sales tactics or packages based on client needs or market trends

What We're Looking For



1+ year experience in business development, sales, or account growth (bonus if in marketing or agency setting) Comfortable leading sales conversations and closing deals Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills--friendly, confident, and client-focused Able to manage multiple conversations, timelines, and follow-ups at once Experience with invoicing, CRM tools, or client tracking is a bonus Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media campaigns, or digital content creation is an asset Detail-oriented and proactive--someone who spots a lead and knows how to move it forward
