The Opportunity:



As our Social Media & Engagement Coffee Expert , you'll be the driving force behind our brand's growth and engagement online. You'll develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to expand our reach, strengthen customer loyalty, and elevate our brand presence in the coffee market and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative individual to make a significant impact on a thriving local business.

What You'll Be Doing:



Social Media Management:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.). Create engaging and informative content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories, that aligns with our brand voice and educational objectives. Schedule and publish social media content using relevant tools, ensuring timely and consistent posting. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and mentions, and engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner. Analyze social media performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Collaborate with marketing and the team to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
Education-Driven Newsletter and Blog Content:

Plan, write, and design engaging and informative newsletter content that educates our audience on relevant topics for "The Drip" Manage the newsletter distribution process, including list segmentation and scheduling weekly content Analyze newsletter performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) and optimize content for better engagement. Manage website Blog for consistent relevant content Ensure newsletter and Blog content aligns with our overall content strategy and brand messaging.
Content creation beyond social:

Website photos for Coffee and listings for new coffees as they arrive Product photos for new listings when necessary
In-House Staff Training:

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions within coffee addicts New product and technique training Train the teacher sessions to make sure classes are running smoothly Manage overall success of classes, get regular feedback from teachers, keep listing and schedule organized
Event Management:

Plan, organize, and execute in-house coffee events aimed at community building and education, ideally bi-monthly Manage all logistical aspects of the events, including scheduling, setup, and promotion. Promote events through social media and other relevant channels. Ensure a positive and engaging experience for attendees. Gather feedback from events and identify areas for improvement.
