Transformer Table is looking for a

Customer Engagement & Sales Agent (Social Media)

to join us

on-site

at our Head Office. You'll be the voice of our brand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more, chatting with customers, answering questions, and most importantly, converting those interactions into sales.

This is not a marketing role, it's a

sales and customer service role

powered by social media. You'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team that values creativity, initiative, and results.

: Monday to Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM

What You'll Do

Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with speed, personality, and purpose Identify and act on sales opportunities in real-time conversations Turn casual engagement into meaningful customer relationships Collaborate with marketing to stay aligned on promotions and messaging Track and report on engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction Stay current with social media trends and platform updates

What You Bring

2+ years in customer service, sales, or social media engagement

Proven ability to sell through conversation (especially via chat or DMs) Excellent written communication with a friendly, persuasive tone Bilingual (English/French) Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Passion for social media and digital communication Willingness to work on-site in Pointe-Claire, Montreal (with WFH on Wednesdays)
