About the Role

You're someone who understands what it takes to build brand visibility and audience engagement online. From TikTok trends to Instagram content planning, you know how to make an impact on social media--and you're confident in communicating with clients, too.

Responsibilities

Create, post, and manage short-form video content for TikTok Maintain and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Plan monthly content calendars and draft captions Monitor and respond to social media engagement (comments, DMs, etc.) Communicate with clients via email and Zoom to discuss strategy, gather content, and report on progress Provide light community management and basic social listening Track content performance using tools like Meta Business Suite or Instagram Insights Support ad hoc marketing campaigns and brainstorming sessions

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts (brand or personal) Proven success creating TikTok content (video links required) Strong visual, video, and copywriting skills Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later Confident with client communication--professional, friendly, and responsive Experience using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools to create engaging visuals Organized, self-directed, and able to hit deadlines Based in

British Columbia

and legally eligible to work in Canada Bonus: Experience with social media reporting or analytics dashboards
