```Duties```
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and manage social media content calendar, including writing and scheduling posts
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns
- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance and insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing ```Requirements```
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for creating graphics and visuals
- Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitors\' activities
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software is a plus
- Knowledge of Google Analytics to track social media performance
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accurate and error-free content
- Passionate about social media trends and staying up-to-date with the latest platforms and features
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Note: Experience in advertising, e-commerce, or digital marketing is highly desirable.
