The Role
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a passionate and creative individual who knows social media like the back of their hand \xe2\x80\x93 all the \xe2\x80\x98ins and outs as well as how to build and manage thriving online communities.
In this role, you will play a critical role in our Home Tester Club business by leveraging existing and emerging social and digital technologies to streamline internal processes.
You will apply your skills to quickly understand and evolve the voice of the Home Tester Club brand, driving efficiencies and creating an excellent online experience for our community members around the globe.

Things you\'re gonna like doing:
Oversee and execute social media strategies, guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns, day-to-day activities and creation of content while optimizing and monetizing the brand\xe2\x80\x99s presence on FB/IG, and other relevant social media platforms
Lead in development and execution against our social content calendar for all global markets (16+)
Cross-functionally develop social media plans for all markets, initiatives, and relevant campaign launches
Monitor and engage with followers and members on various social media platforms and community channels, including answering DMs and comments and proactively flagging opportunities for brand-building responses
Identify success metrics and develop reporting to inform strategy
Monitor and research industry trends and culturally relevant moments to push forward social media effort
Ensure there is on-brand messaging across all social media channels globally
Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights, emerging social media/marketing/e-commerce technologies, benchmark and research competitors, and industry leaders in social media. Constantly explore and evaluate new social platforms, tools, services, and vendors and provide recommendations
Understand and evolve the voice of the Home Tester Club brand
Develop and execute strategy for social media platforms while continually evolving and adjusting content to meet and/or exceed metrics targets, including but not limited to engagement, follower growth, impressions, reach, site traffic, revenue,
Identify opportunities for streamlining social media content production; leverage tools and freelance support to maximize team efficiency and diversify our creative
Qualifications and Experience you will have:
University degree, college diploma or 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field
Knowledge of online marketing and strong understanding of social media channels
Experience working with social media management tools for publishing and reporting is preferred
Resourceful self-starter, with a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Excellent consulting, verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Ability to work well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of accountability
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to navigate, collaborate and influence cross-functional partners
Fluency in English; other languages are an asset
