We are currently seeking a strong candidate to represent Source Atlantic in Saint John NB, as a: Social Media Coordinator

As a Social Media Coordinator you are a creative individual who has above average attention to detail and advanced written and verbal communication skills. You can work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on communication, execution and results. You place high importance on defining and measuring activity performance to drive continual improvement.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Coordinator is primarily responsible for planning and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns. They work with the Marketing Manager to create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet targets.

• Become a subject matter expect in social media marketing in the B2B sector. Develop in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for each.
• Generate, edit, publish and share compelling content, develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility on our various social media platforms.
• Create and manage the social media content calendar ensuring consistency of publications and alignment with the company\'s overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner while maintaining a positive brand image and fostering customer relationships.
• Analyze social media metrics, track performance and produce reports to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand consistency across all platforms and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to your team.
• Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and industry professionals to expand brand reach to build mutually beneficial relationships.
• Explore and implement paid social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience, increase conversions, and achieve specific marketing objectives.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the social media landscape.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, relevant tools and best practices, industry regulations, guidelines and best practices to ensure compliance of all social media activities.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Post-secondary education, preferably a bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• A desire and aspiration to learn about and implement new digital tools to improve processes and capabilities.
• Ability to work under high pressure and provide creative and innovative solutions often is required.
