The Social Media Manager will play a key role on the marketing team, overseeing all organic content, affiliate marketing and influencers. Managing the online brand, you will create engaging content that resonates with your audience and builds the company brand.Qualifications:Develop and execute compelling content strategies tailored for each social platform; driving engagement, awareness and community growthCultivate and nurture relationships with affiliates and influencers, collaborating on content and promotional initiatives to expand the brand reach and drive conversionsBuild and maintain detailed content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting schedule aligned with marketing objectives and brand messagingUtilize social media management rolls to schedule and publish posts at optimal times, maximizing reach and engagementMonitor and analyze social media KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize and improve resultsUphold brand identify and consistency across all social media channels, maintaining voice, tone and visual aestheticsStay ahead of industry trends and cultural moments, proactively identifying opportunities to capitalize on emerging trends and engage their audience in real timeQualifications:3-6 years of experience in social media, ideally with a brandProficiency in social media scheduling and analytics toolsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to adapt quickly to changing trends and market dynamicsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or a related field preferredKnowledge or interest in the health and fitness industry is a bonus!
