Great, here\'s who we\'re looking for\xe2\x80\xa6 VERB is looking for a Social Media Coordinator whose primary focus will be to support the social team with collecting user-generated content, as well as monitoring and executing social media strategies. What You Will Do

  • Review and coordinate user-generated content (UGC)
  • Own community management for social clients
  • Monitor client activity and relevant topics, and report on results to the team
  • Monitor social content for comments and engagement
  • Engage on clients\' behalf on social channels, ensuring to follow established brand voice and tone guidelines, and key messages
  • Plan, write and share social copy and blogs that are grammatically correct, on-brand, and factually accurate
  • Support with the development of content calendars for clients
  • Participate in brainstorms
  • Effectively manage multiple deadlines and clients simultaneously
  • Stay on top of trends and developments in social and digital marketing
  • Use scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and posting tools, as required
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Post-secondary education with a focus in public relations, marketing, journalism, communications, advertising, business, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience with social writing and content creation
  • Familiar with, and interested in digital marketing, social media platforms, online marketing tactics, and trends
  • Possesses a strong creative mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
  • Maintains a self-starter attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
