Job Overview: As a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to create and curate content, monitor social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. You will also work closely with our creative team, coordinating both internal and external marketing tasks. Social Media Primary Responsibilities: - Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, written posts) for various social media platforms.
- Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule posts.
- Audience Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Trend Identification: Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and opportunities to create trending content.
- Paid Advertising: Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and engagement. Marketing Primary Responsibilities: - Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies in alignment with business objectives, while overseeing and supervising overall marketing specific tasks.
- Email Marketing: Assist with planning of email marketing campaigns to reach a targeted audience.
- Content Creation: Generate marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content for online and offline marketing efforts.
- Events and Promotions: Work with the sales team to assist in organizing and promoting events.
- External Communication: Manage external communication with partners, vendors, and clients to support marketing initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitors as required.
- Branding: assist in brand consistency in all marketing materials and social media content. This dual-role coordinator will play a pivotal part in building a strong online presence and effectively promoting products or services, while also ensuring that marketing initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned with business objectives. Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, for graphic design tasks, Canva, Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other social media analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
- Strong research skills to identify industry trends and competitor strategies
