Social Media Assistant
who will lead franchise marketing efforts and help share our story with families and communities across Canada.
We are seeking a
creative and motivated Social Media Coordinator
to develop and implement engaging digital strategies that enhance our online presence, connect with our audience, and drive growth across our platforms. This role requires strong digital marketing skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create meaningful, visually appealing content.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule weekly posts across all social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, and online inquiries.
Maintain consistent and engaging brand visibility across all channels.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to boost engagement and reach.
Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare monthly reports.
Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new strategies for growth.
Ensure timely responses to all social media inquiries.
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media for a brand, organization, or business.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Ability to plan, run, and evaluate paid ad campaigns effectively.
Excellent creative writing and communication skills.
Familiarity with tools such as
Meta Business Suite
,
Canva
, and
Google Analytics
(an asset).
