Sweet Caroline's Ice Cream & Cafe values creativity, connection, and engagement with our audience. We're looking for a motivated person who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital trends to join our team as a Part time Social Media Content Coordinator.

As our Social Media Content Coordinator, you will help manage and grow our online presence by creating, scheduling, and engaging with content across our social media platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for any student looking to build real-world marketing and communication experience while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Schedule and publish content consistently using social media tools. Monitor engagement (likes, shares, comments) and respond to audience interactions. Stay up to date with trends and suggest creative strategies to increase reach and engagement. Assist with simple graphic design or video editing (Canva, or similar tools). Track and report on performance metrics (followers, engagement, reach).

Qualifications:

Strong interest in social media, marketing, and digital communication. Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Creative mindset and good writing skills. Basic design/video editing skills are an asset (but not required). Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
